Lay Litigation Ireland was established in 2013 in response to a growing need to support those in Litigation either as defendants in civil cases or plaintiffs in civil cases.
LLI Identified a need for those individuals who could not afford professional legal representation and set about implementing training courses accompanied with Litigation Support.
Later in 2013 and early 2014, mediation and negotiation facilities were added to the services that LLI offer.
All in all the message that LLI delivers is:
Training, Mediation and Litigation Support should be both available to, and within reach of, all those who might need it. We believe that helping others to help themselves is by far the most effective model we can offer and it is the one that our service users respond to.
